A well known German manufactured 130” Combi winder is converted to an All-In-One Winder by BTU-TECH. All motors, electronics and control systems are replaced to make it identical in controls with the sophisticated BTU-TECH winder. Now, the customer has 3 All-In-One winders that are all 130” wide.

Following the success of the first 130” All-In-One Winder, BTU-TECH’s customer once again selected the innovative for the newly ordered multiaxial glass fabric line.
BTU-TECH’s Largest Glass Roving Chopper Delivered to USA
The USA customer using three 130” BTU-TECH winders also decided to go with BTU-TECH glass roving choppers. 130” chopper is delivered to USA within a very short time, thanks again to the modular width design. As of December 2022, BTU-TECH glass roving choppers are running in 3 different continents.
BTU-TECH’s innovative modular All-In-One Winder (130’’ wide) shipped to USA
BTU-TECH’s modular winder design allows the customer to vary between 50”-150” width. The first 130” glass/carbon fabric winder is delivered to USA customer. The machine is identical to 50” and 100” machines in terms of software and hardware, only the roller widths are extended.
