Mechanically changing the width of the fabric lines is not feasible for the textile operations. If there is a demand for a different width, then the fabric has to be cut online with an online slitting system which consists of a lower blade shaft, lower blades, upper blades and a service platform. BTU-TECH provides ready to use solutions for the industry including not only these but also C type blades other than O ring types for easy maintenance and edge traction capability for perfect cuts. The first BTU-TECH online slitting system which also includes operator platform, has been installed at the customer’s premises to a powder coating line. As certain orders came for various roll widths, the online slitting made the whole procedure faster and easier.
