US Customer of BTU-TECH had two critical lines for core kitting and both had some major problems. The Tycor line which wraps the PUR foams with glass fiber were constantly giving errors and making an efficient production not possible at all. The bandsaw that actually slices foam blocks to produce the input for the Tycor line, was not working at all. Despite the efforts of the local technical people and other experts who run the machine in the past, they were unable to fix the problems and make it work. For both machines, BTU-TECH designed a new electrical panel where they changed certain electronic hardwares and even made some of the components, spare parts for future and made the machines work with less components and operate smoothly.
