BTU developed windblade web stitching automation line where multiple layers of fabric are aligned, edge corrected, unwinded, tensioned, pulled and conveyed, stitched together with a predefined pattern, winded with tension control. This system eliminates the need for 3 operators and reduces 20 meters of manual stitching line to 2 meters in length with perfect fabric quality and no errors.
