It has been almost a year since the first 100’’ All-in-One Winder is up and running at its customer’s site. As it has proven, stability, performance and ease of operation & maintenance, the customer decided to replicate the investment for its European factory but this time for 50’’ width. The unique design of All-in-One winder allows the customer to start with a 50’’ wide winder but then if they decide to shift this winder to a 100’’ winder for a 100’’ wide multiaxial machine, then they can just change the rollers and using the same motors, software and frame, they can just start producing the same top quality jumbo multiaxial fabric rolls as they do with the 50’’. So, just for a cost of several rollers, they can double the size of their winder. This is first of its kind in the winding/batching industry.
