A certain generation of multiaxial machines which produces ncf glass and carbon fabrics, have a simple non-motorized take-up system. The operators need to mechanically and manually adjust it for certain tension conditions. BTU-TECH developed a full electronic motorized system that replaces the old system where the take up works perfectly synchronised with the transport chain of the multiaxial machine and adjustments can be made on a BTU-TECH developed software on a touch panel. After testing and commissioning the first unit, the customer made a new contract with BTU-TECH to transform the remaining machines.
